Richard Jaramillo
Mr. Jaramillo is a 1977 graduate of the University of California Hastings School of Law with over twenty years of experience in commercial litigation, international business transactions, toxic tort and products liability litigation and complex civil litigation.
Mr. Jaramillo was admitted to the Bar of Texas in 1977. He is also a member of the Bar of the United States District Courts for the Northern and Western Districts of Texas, as well as the United States Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit.
He is a former President of the Dallas County Mexican-American Bar Association and a member of the Dallas and American Bar Associations, as well as the College of the State Bar of Texas. Mr. Jaramillo has written Continuing Legal Education papers and spoken for various programs, including the areas of insurance, tort claims and employment matters, such as "Handling Insurance and Tort Claims" and "Texas Workers' Compensation: Update and Review." He served on the Board of Trustees for the Canterbury Episcopal School for a five-year term.
Mr. Jaramillo’s law practice includes litigating cases involving product liability, nursing home neglect, medical malpractice, and personal injury.
